I have been using the Medela Swing Breast Pump for a
month now and this is my third trial breast pump. I am a working woman and based
on my breast pump experience of the past few months or so, I can say that this
is probably one of the best breast pumps available out there especially for
working moms. The best thing about this pump is its portability, you can
literally shove it into your purse or travel bag and go anywhere you like. I
often use it at the work-place using either the batteries or electricity and the
two options allow me to breastfeed in places that don’t even have electricity. I
can also strap this small and lightweight instrument on my clothes and move
around while I pump milk. You can control the speed and suction of the pump and
the let-down mode automatically switches on after a few moments resulting in
very comfortable and effective breast pumping. The comfort is increased by the
fact that the breast shields of this breast pump are very soft and help you to
relax. Although, it might have been meant for occasional users but I find that
the pump’s efficiency makes up for most of that. You can pump only one side at a
time but the speed allows me to pump enough milk in a relatively small amount of
time. Medela Swing Breast Pump has remained with me the longest yet!

I had been using a manual pump for the two months after
my baby was born and I was pretty tired of it before I discarded it; for one
thing, it really tired my hands after a few minutes and I didn’t even get the
amount of milk I wanted for my child. So I bought Medela Swing Breast Pump and I
have got to say that there is a marked difference, the smooth efficiency of this
pump allows me to get more milk in less amount of time without any hassle or
pain. The breast shields are awfully comfortable and accommodating for my rather
large chest. The 2-phase expression technology combined with the suction
controls help my milk to flow and increase my milk production. Now I can produce
milk for my baby and store lots of extra for later use. This pump has truly been
a relief and life-saver after the manual pup I had been stuck with. I love the
idea of using a battery-operated pump that comes with a comfortable travel bag
(the two have really made travelling easier). Last but not the least, the pump
is really quiet that adds to your comfort, this is probably the best option for
mothers who don’t need double pumping capacity but need to pump milk often
enough.
